Specifying "permission text"

Hi there, Archane here.
One day ago i uploaded a Sysmetrix skin, the eminence version that is.
In the skin I have copied and used graphics from tehZERO's Eminence skin, i have sent an email to him asking for his approval wich he in turn replied and approved.

In my upload, i have a .txt describing that i have his approval - brief.
However, today i got an email from Wincustomize support saying that my upload was denied due to copyright matters.

I understand this, however what should i do? Should i copy the entire email i got from tehZERO and paste it in the .txt or will you need anything more?

It may also help (if you hadn't previously) if in the skin description, you state each artist that has granted you permission and mention the documented proof is included within the zip file.

I find it is always better to give as much information as needed, so as to dissolve any potential doubt.
